Refund policy

At HIBA HERBS™, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of Ayurvedic and herbal products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure product safety and hygiene.

Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

Most Ayurvedic products, especially Majoon / herbal medicines / consumable items, are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold.

This is because:

  • These products are health-related

  • They are meant for personal consumption

  • Opened or used products cannot be resold for safety reasons


2. Return Eligibility (Unopened Products Only)

A return request may be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused

  • The original packaging is completely sealed

  • The product has not been opened, tampered with, or damaged

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

If the packet or seal is opened, no return or refund will be provided.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product through any one of the following methods:

  • 📸 Instagram DM:  attach clear photos/videos of the sealed package)

Your message must include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear images or video of the unopened product

Requests received after 48 hours will not be accepted.


4. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your return request:

  • Our team will review the request and shared evidence

  • If approved, you will be informed about the return process

  • Returned products must pass a quality and packaging inspection

HIBA HERBS™ reserves the right to accept or reject a return request based on inspection results.


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images or video proof.
We will assist you as per our internal verification process.


7. No Returns in These Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened or used

  • The seal or packaging is damaged

  • The return request is made after 48 hours

  • The issue is due to personal preference or taste
